Not ready to make the commitment to a CIFF passholder membership? Single tickets to CIFF46 are a great way to dip your toe in the Film Festival pool! With tickets available to both in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) and to online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022), there is something for everyone. 

HOW TO BUY CIFF46 TICKETS: 

From March 11-27, 2022: Beginning on Friday, March 11, 2022 @ 11:00 AM ET for current CIFF members, and on Friday, March 18, 2022 @ 11:00 AM ET for non-members, tickets to both CIFF46 in-person and online screenings can be purchased online on the CIFF website (from each film's description page or from the Schedule page), or by calling the CIFF Box Office at 877.304.3456, open daily, 10:00 AM ET-6:00 PM ET.

From March 28-April 9, 2022: Tickets to both CIFF46 in-person and online screenings can be purchased online on the CIFF website (from each film's description page or from the Schedule page), and by calling (877.304.3456) or visiting the CIFF Box Office in-person at Playhouse Square’s Ticket Office in the outer lobby of the KeyBank State Theatre during hours of operation. 

From April 9-17, 2022: Tickets to CIFF46 Streams online screenings will only be available for purchase online on the CIFF website (from each film's description page or from the Schedule page) from 7:30 PM ET on April 9, 2022 through 11:00 PM ET on April 17, 2022. 

For CIFF Members Only:

• CIFF46 tickets and Voucher 10-Packs go on sale at 11:00 AM ET on Friday, March 11, 2022
• Tickets to the Opening Night Film & Reception are $80/ticket 
• In-person tickets to CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) screenings are $14/ticket
• Streaming tickets to CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022) online screenings are $8/ticket 
• Voucher 10-Packs (in-person screenings only) are $130/pack

For Non-Members:

• CIFF46 tickets and Voucher 10-Packs go on sale at 11:00 AM ET on Friday, March 18, 2022
• Tickets to the Opening Night Film & Reception are $100/ticket 
• In-person tickets to CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) screenings are $16/ticket 
• Streaming tickets to CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022) screenings are $10/ticket
• Voucher 10-Packs (in-person screenings only) are $150/pack

Notes on CIFF46 Tickets:

• Tickets to screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) are available for purchase online until 11:59 PM ET on the day before the screening and are available for purchase over the phone (877.304.3456) until one hour before the screening. Tickets purchased less than one hour before the screening  are only available for purchase in-person at the CIFF Box Office (located in the Playhouse Square Ticket Office in the outer lobby of the KeyBank State Theatre). 
• Ticket orders for both in-person and online screenings  will incur a $2 processing fee per order unless all tickets within an order have been redeemed by a voucher code.
• From 7:30 PM ET on April 9, 2022 through 11:00 PM ET on April 17, 2022, CIFF46 Streams tickets are only available for purchase online, until 11:00 PM ET on April 17, 2022. Due to the nature of streaming access delivery, customers can only purchase 1 streaming ticket per CIFF46 Streams film or shorts program per order.
• All CIFF46 Streams films and shorts programs are limited to one stream per film or shorts program per ticket and per passholder account.
• Sharing your CIFF Streams access with another individual outside of your household is considered an act of piracy, which will be monitored, and any violations will result in the automatic suspension of CIFF Streams access without refund.
• CIFF46 tickets to both in-person and online screenings cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the case of a canceled film or screening. CIFF is not responsible for technical disruptions reasonably beyond its control or as a result of technical difficulties experienced as a result of the individual's infrastructure or equipment when streaming.
• Unused CIFF46 tickets, vouchers, and passes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Refunds and exchanges, when possible, will be subject to a $2 processing fee per order. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued after 7:00 PM ET on April 9, 2022 for CIFF46 @ PSQ in-person tickets and vouchers,  and will not be issued after 11:00 PM ET on April 17, 2022 for CIFF46 Streams tickets.

Want to save on tickets to CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022)? Voucher 10-Packs are $130 per pack for CIFF members and $150 per pack for non-members, providing customers with an additional savings of $1 off per ticket on 10 tickets.

A Voucher 10-Pack is a single digital code that is redeemable for 10 tickets to in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (excludes tickets to Opening Night and other CIFF46 special events.) Once purchased, a Voucher 10-Pack can be redeemed for multiple tickets to CIFF46 @ PSQ in-person screenings either all in one ticket order, or across multiple ticket orders, until the 10 credits are redeemed in full.

For Non-Members:

• Voucher 10-Packs are on sale from 11:00 AM ET on Friday, March 18, 2022 through 7:30 PM ET on Saturday, April 9, 2022. 
• Voucher 10-Packs (in-person screenings only) are $150/pack

Orders containing Voucher 10-Pack purchases will incur a $2 processing fee per order. Ticket orders in which all tickets have been redeemed by a Voucher code will not incur the $2 processing fee per ticket order.

Please note: You cannot purchase and redeem a Voucher 10-Pack within the same order. You must first place the order for the Voucher 10-Pack(s) and then place a ticket order or orders, redeeming the Voucher 10-Pack(s) for tickets. 

How to Redeem Voucher 10-Packs: 

Once you have purchased a Voucher 10-Pack and received an emailed order confirmation containing the Voucher code(s), you can begin redeeming the code(s) for tickets to in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 31-April 9, 2022), excluding tickets to Opening Night and other CIFF46 special events. 

To redeem:  Have your Voucher code(s) ready and call (877.304.3456) or visit the CIFF Box Office at Playhouse Square’s Ticket Office in the outer lobby of the KeyBank State Theatre during hours of operation. For online ticket orders, enter the Voucher code in the "GIFT CERTIFICATE CODES OR VIRTUAL VOUCHER CODE” field on the payment page of the checkout process. The Voucher code can be applied to multiple tickets all in one order or across multiple orders, until the 10 credits are redeemed in full. Please note: You cannot enter more than one Voucher code per order and you cannot redeem a Voucher code and a CIFF Gift Certificate code for the same order.

Voucher 10-Packs expire when CIFF46 @ PSQ tickets go off sale at 7:30 PM ET on April 9, 2022. Unused Voucher 10-Packs will not be refunded and cannot be reserved for future use, including streaming tickets for online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022). 

Paper Vouchers: 

CIFF46 paper vouchers are only distributed to CIFF Volunteers and Playhouse Square RedCoats working shifts during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022), and in rare customer service instances. Unlike digital Voucher codes (distributed to customers and CIFF constituents) these are physical, paper vouchers. Please note: Multiple paper vouchers can be applied to a ticket order.

To redeem: Paper vouchers can only be redeemed for tickets to in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 31-April 9, 2022)  and by calling (877.304.3456) or visiting the CIFF Box Office in-person at Playhouse Square’s Ticket Office in the outer lobby of the KeyBank State Theatre during hours of operation. Please note: Multiple paper vouchers can be applied to a ticket order. 

Complimentary CIFF46 paper Vouchers expire when CIFF46 @ PSQ tickets go off sale at 7:30 PM ET on April 9, 2022. Unused paper vouchers have no assigned monetary value and therefore cannot and will not be refunded, nor can they be reserved for future use, including for tickets to online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022). 

Complimentary Voucher Codes:

Complimentary digital Voucher codes are distributed to donation winners, CIFF46 participating filmmakers and industry guests, and as a benefit of CIFF sponsorships and partnerships. These Vouchers are distributed as either one Voucher code (good for a specified number of ticket credits) or as one Voucher code (good for one ticket credit) and can be redeemed for tickets to both in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 31-April 9, 2022) AND tickets to online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022). 

To redeem: Have your Voucher code(s) ready and call (877.304.3456) or visit the CIFF Box Office at Playhouse Square’s Ticket Office in the outer lobby of the KeyBank State Theatre during hours of operation.
